• Final payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept STRIPE for all transactions.

• Late payments may be subject to fees or service delays.

3. Project Timelines

• Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including material shortages, weather conditions, or client-requested modifications.

• Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days before the scheduled start date.

• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of project planning and material procurement.

• Refunds will be issued only for services that have not been initiated, subject to review.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for providing accurate information, granting access to the property, and ensuring the workspace is clear for remodeling services.

• Any delays caused by client inaccessibility or incomplete decision-making may result in project timeline adjustments.

6. Warranties and Liability

• We stand by the quality of our workmanship and may offer limited warranties on certain services. Details of warranties will be provided upon request.

• We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or client modifications after project completion.

• Liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

7. Third-Party Materials and Products

• We may recommend third-party products, such as appliances, fixtures, or materials. Sunflower Home Remodeling is not responsible for manufacturer defects, delays, or warranty claims related to third-party products.

8. Intellectual Property

• All designs, plans, and creative work provided by Sunflower Home Remodeling remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without prior consent.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
